I just got this order and haven't even opened it. FedEx left it in something of a bad spot on my property and when I reached out to discount_jerk to see if they could help they jumped right into action and provided me with a photo of where it had been left. The customer service I have gotten from these folks goes above and beyond. I encourage everyone to not hesitate when choosing to lace and order here. My package even arrived several days early , The only issue I had was with FedEx.
