These capsules are very small and easy to swallow. They have hardly any taste at all! In fact, if you happen to find yourself without water, you can just build up a little saliva, and swallow them. Or, if you don't want to do that, you can literally just bite into them. The vitamin D Oil that comes out is pretty-much tasteless. Unfortunately, almost everyone these days is lacking in vitamin D and this essential vitamin is not only crucial for absorption of calcium, but it also helps adjust your mood.
