Delivered in excellent condition. No damage to the box or the A/C. The physical appearance of the A/C is "like new" and all of the factory accessories/parts, etc. were included. I installed the unit in a second floor window by myself (my age is 88) and it has been operating satisfactorily for more than a week. It works as advertised and is worth the purchase price. I would buy it again.

Reduced pricing reflects scratches and dents (although they were minor) so don't expect a like new unit. If you can live with some imperfections go for it.
I bench tested the unit to verify functionality, but have not installed it yet. All modes seemed to be working properly.

Item, a factory-restored Midea window A/C unit at a much-reduced cost, arrived ahead of schedule, looked like new, and was clearly inspected for quality (possibly more thoroughly than brand-new units :) . I have an identical (new) unit which I purchased earlier this Summer and cannot tell the difference, now over 1 month into use. Did I forget to add ... and at a marvelous price? What a wonderful opportunity to give a valuable appliance as well as my pocketbook new life! Highly recomended!

Thermal valve arrived broken because of poor packing. I contacted the seller and they offered both a partial and full refund. I took the partial and used the refund to buy a new pump. The pressure washer now works as it was intended to. Responsive seller, I would buy from again but hope that they improve their packing.
