    I am sorry to hear that all these guidepost books were my aunts, and they were very good at taken good care of there belongings, but my records show you only ordered 1 book from me not 3. again, if that book was from my collection and I am truly sorry. You should have taken a picture of the damage and sent it to me I would have made it right.
