Item only had one issue -color was not as described as listed, which was a major disappointment. It is silver not space gray. Seller told me after I received item, that it was a missed issue when listing. All other details were accurate, and I am hopeful that I will get over this issue. The packing of the item was adequate and item arrived undamaged.
