Seller shipped a broken product and said product was new. Could tell it been used by all the markings on the base of the fan. Plus it was broken and the broken pieces was even in the box and wire was pulled out. Which clearly shows it was broken before it was shipped. Then contacted seller and was told to shipped it back and report it.

The seller is amazing. He checks every product to make sure it works before he send it out. How do I know when I got the camera? I was trying to put it into my system and it would not due to the fact that it was logged into another system. I messaged him on eBay. He got back within 15 minutes. He apologize, and the camera is amazing. Everything came with it. Definitely shop with him again.
