I ordered a large based upon the size chart depicted in the listing. It's nowhere near fitting my size 34 waist...would likely not even fit a size 30 waist. I couldn't even get my arms into it much less get it over my shoulders. It barely fits my five year old grandaughter. If you're gonna order one, you probably need to go up to a XXXL for a size 34 waist.
