They sent me a totally different box than pictured in their ad! They did not offer to prepay shipping back to their facility. They basically bait and switched items…. Old school technique while charging 2x for the box I wanted over Apmex online prices! Very dissatisfied with their approach and customer service or should I say lack there of!

Buyer ordered an Empty Britannia silver box. Customer received a newer Britannia Silver Empty Box with updated lid from Mint. We suggested the buyer open a return claim for the FREE PREPAID RETURN LABEL. Buyer opened returned and we accepted it. Buyer closed the Return and decided to keep the Item. Buyer never returned the item for a full refund. We answered all 7 messages from them. Offered Free Return and full refund. Buyer was demanding and didn't return item.
