    This was a shockingly bad experience. I bought this item 3 weeks ago. The seller wouldn't respond to multiple messages when I was trying to find out when it would ship. At one point about a week ago they finally responded and said they would ship it that evening - they did not. When I finally pressed the issue with them today (after more unanswered messages), they just refunded the order instead of shipping (although they said it was packed). Total waste of time and energy. Terrible service.
