Item was packaged good; however, one of the brushes broke while removing it from the plastic sleeve. I informed the seller and was offered a replacement. The replacement brush arrived in a good amount of time. Was nice of the seller to provide another brush at no additional cost. Some of the brushes are different from my original brushes but they are good replacements.

I normally never leave bad feedback but I am in this case. I purchased a $200 sterling silver bracelet. When I received it it has yellow stains on it. I brought it to a very reputable jeweler in the area they said the bracelet had been worn in a hot tub or somewhere in a chlorine environment. They tried to clean it but it would not come off. It was very visible but was not disclosed in the description. When I notified the seller her response was not helpful.

Sorry you feel this way. This was never worn in hot tub or chlorine as you stated and Tiffany’s said this would not happen anyway. You are also showing this using a magnified glass. We went back and forth through emails so by you saying I was not helpful or did not disclose in description is not correct. Again I apologize you feel this way and take feedback very seriously as you can see from my feedback ratings. Thank you
