    Great "final" upgrade for X58

    Installed on my ASUS P6T replacing a i7 980 chip, gave 4ghz on 30x multiplier without blinking 10 min Prime95 ok, need more time to see if chip is stable but this processor is a 990x in Xeon clothing. Using a Corsair water cooler Have 48GB RAM works fine, Using RAID0 SSD Unlocked Cheap final upgrade for X58 holdouts - if like me you cant afford a "proper" new system just yet :-)

    Excellent upgrade for Mac Pro 4,1 or 5,1

    Upgraded my Mac Pro 4,1 to 5,1 firmware and dropped this in. Only 5 hex screws hold the heat sink on so easy to fit. Combined with a PCI-E SSD and A HD7950 this brought my 2009 Mac Pro right up to date
