The seller replied to my communications in a timely manner, but there was nothing they could do once they had shipped it to eBay. Very happy with the seller, I would buy from them again!! However, I'm not too excited about eBay's Authentication Guarantee program. That said, eBay did give me a full refund, no financial harm done.
