I ordered the DM858E when it was listed for $299. After a few days RIGOL canceled the order without any notice. Now it's listed for $269. I had bought a scope from them with a Logic Analyzer (PLA2216) that they represent as coming with 32 leads and 32 grabbers. I got 20, as listed on the packing list. It took them about 6 weeks to make it right.
RIGOL seems to over-promise and under-deliver. And they will promise to do better, but do some research. They'll try everything else first.
