All positive. On my side, our 2002 American Ironhorse had two different-sized starters that fit the bike - a shorter version and a longer version. It's a learning experience for me. I had to return the shorter version and we're working on getting the longer version. I was amazed at how fast the starter shipped from Kansas to Honolulu. It's all good - I can't wait to get the 124 cubic inch Ironhorse back on the Island roads. Aloha
