I did a simple battery swap on the car and when I turned the car on I have a black nav screen and the radio was out. It shorted the radio which controls the rest of the nav. After taking the car to toyota and some local audio shops I found OEM audio on ebay who was the only one who could fix it. Price is decent I shipped my radio to OEM Audio and they have it back to me in about 2 weeks and it works like new. I highly recommend!

They answered all my questions and also helped me diagnose the problem after I installed the repaired amplifier. Turns out my factory head unit is also defective. They offered to repair it also for a reasonable price but I opted to install aftermarket head unit . The shipping process was very quick . They did the repair the same day they received my amplifier and shipped it back to me the next day.
