This product almost cost me a trip to the vets. My dogs had a terrible reaction. A few hours after applying, both dogs were itching and scratching like never before. One was whining and crying and flipping on her back trying to scratch. It looked like she was in pain all the time. The other rubbed his butt raw and was bleeding and oozing. It wasn't until I looked up some reviews on this product that I knew it was the Sentry Pro XFT, but at least I knew what was happening. I had to bath them every day for more than a week before it gradually went away. And to make matters worse, it didn't work. Dogs were still getting a few fleas. I never write reviews, but after this incident, I felt I needed to share this. If it weren't for reading the reviews, I would have taken my dogs to the vets and ... Sentry Pro "Not Advised"
I should have researched this flea & tick medicine by Sentry Pro before I purchased it. You get what you pay for and this was way too cheap! After receiving the item I looked it up online and the problems with this were endless which included, causing nausea, vomiting, shaking, burning animals skin and other allergic reactions. There were 589 complaints online under Consumer Affairs. I love my animals and would not advise anyone to take a chance on this.I should have researched this flea & tick medicine by Sentry Pro before I purchased it. You get what you pay for and this was way too cheap! After receiving the item I looked it up online and the problems with this were endless which included, causing nausea, vomiting, shaking, burning animals skin and other allergic reactions. There were 589 complaints online under Consumer Affairs. I love my animals and would not advise anyone to take a chance on this.
