Due to the item being of weight the item was seperated from the box inside the satchel bag and was damaged in transit no extra tape on the box or padding was used the item was just placed inside the satchel bag and sent. This was dissapointing however with some effort i was still able to use the item. Seller was excellent to deal with however the freight company not so great.
