    Great lessons from this book

    Moore not only focuses on the insecurities of women, but also of men, which was an eye-opener for me being a woman. She explains the roots of insecurity thoroughly, and peppers helpful Bible verses throughout, although she could have had a little more scriptural examples, honestly. There are also real-life examples from people submitting to her website about how insecurity hindered them in their life, and seeing yourself in those bitingly honest and cringe-worthy examples...it can make a person reflect on their own life! With her prose, Moore speaks directly to you - the reader - and assures you she is right there alongside you with the struggle with insecurity. The tone of the entire book is amiable, but stuffed full with professional knowledge and facts.
