The screen is phenomenal, but the shell is both cheap and not expertly fitted. Multiple points when pressed down the seams flex to the point you might think the shell will pop off one day. The buttons however feel pretty good which is the most important thing to nail. Either the extremely cheap included charger or the shell itself has issues with being plugged and unplugged. Would be 4* bordering on 5 if the price was better.

Quality feels great looks better than the original one I had years ago. Now make no mistake this is a refurb so you are not getting a 100% original item but for the cost compared to buying "a working" original this seems to me to be way better. It's worked flawlessly with every cartridge I've plugged in and the staff are super helpful and reach out when they have questions. I would buy again.

It arrived very quickly too. The build quality is great and I definitely appreciate the different brightness levels. The speaker is quiet compared to something like a DS or 3DS, but I reached out to the seller and they kindly explained to me that they use OEM motherboards, so it’s just the nature of the technology. That doesn’t bother me much, so no big deal to me.
