The item was delivered and on time and exactly as pictured. The only issue I had was it wouldn't pair with my MacBook. I informed Donwell Direct and they issued me a refund immediately without question. Even though this particular product didn't work for me, I will happily do business with them again knowing if I have issue with future products, they will be quick to right the wrong!
