Highly studied product
Areds2 was recommended by two different eye doctors especially since I only have one good eye. I have been taking them for several years and don't have any side effects from them. My eyesight has not degraded which could be from taking the Areds2 formula but I cannot say for sure if it would be the same if I were not taking them. I look at it as an added safety measure.
