The sound quality is great and those I speak to on the phone say that I sound fine on their end. The hook wraps around my ear nicely and is soft. I don't think it's meant for running with them. The hook seems too flimsy for that. I don't like that I have to turn the hook back into position every time I remove it from the charging pod and vise versa. I feel like this continual twisting will weaken the grip over time. Not sure yet. But do I recommend this headset? Yes, I do. Great price too.

Excellent service and a very good headset sans one thing the ear piece is hard plastic and after wearing for awhile just would hurt in my case. If it were a soft plastic then it would be the best on the market for battery usage, clarity, and connectivity.

Casters don't look brand new. They have some light scuff marks but work as expected. Communicated with the seller and was assured that they are new. It's possible they got beat up in shipping, but packaging didn't look bad. Anyways, overall a positive experience and if the casters hold up as advertised and expected, definitely a great value.
