I ordered a large for the chest size and it fits fine there. The sleeve section in the rear upper arm area seems rather large as it tapers down to the upper back and sections on each side bulge out slightl which looks a little weird. Next time I would just order a medium which would also fit but I would not be able to wear a heavy sweater underneath The jacket is well made and very nice, and no one will notice the bulges I'm sure.
