This item didn't ship Aug. 19th like says, only label was created. In fact still have NOT received item. Contacted this seller on Aug. 29th 5 days after supposedly receive date is only when package showed shipped. So not rating poorly on the product because unable to judge item yet. Right now my rating is below a 1 on the customer service for not only not receiving or shipping my item as suppose to but because seller acts like no big deal when in fact it was to me & special person ordered for.
