This new DX3 pool cleaner was sent to replace a refurbished one that was inadvertently sent to me. In The Swim Pool Supplies sent it overnight and have been absolutely marvelous to deal with. They truly know what Customer Service means. As a supplier, I can highly recommend dealing with them. As for the DX3, it is in the pool and working well enough, it will need more use before I can offer an informative review. So far I'm very happy with it.

I'm a little disappointed with this DX3. It does a good job overall, but I've had better, & cheaper, but not as robust. Our pool has a gunnite surface with rounded edges. The DX3 misses most of those edges, so a brushing of the rounded edges before deploying the cleaner is a must. It misses a lot of leaves or other larger debris and while sucking up particulate matter when going one direction, it elevates the same stuff when in reverse. that really is counter-intuitive. 3 out of 5 stars...

Received the wrong product due to the fact the seller described the wrong product. when asked to get the correct product that was described in the listing, they kept saying because of the price it was the correct product I received.
They wrongfully advertised a different product and would not exchange when I called them out. Horrible customer service and still have the wrong product. Do NOT recommend buying from this seller.

The item was great! The package was very late and got lost in tracking. This had nothing to do with the seller. Dealing with FedEx was a nightmare. I think I’ll just stick with Amazon Prime from here on out just because of the terrible service by FedEx. Again, this is not the seller’s fault, but the package was supposed to be delivered more than a week ago and FedEx couldn’t give me any specific information as to how my package got lost.
