The watch came with setting instructions that weren't too difficult and the band needed to be adjusted for my wrist. I didn't have the tools or time to do this myself and had it done by a local jeweler. The watch is big. I have a small wrist and despite some initial fears that it would be too big, its fine now that I'm wearing it.
