Tae-bo health results
My old Tae-bo tape got lost at work. Tae-bo is a great way to do your cardio. It not only helps your stamina, it tightens your muscle tone, improves flexibility and boosts your metabolism. It is amazing what a difference it will make in your life if you stick with it. Billy can get a bit preachy at times, but ya gotta like the guy. It may seem awkward at first and it takes a couple/few weeks to get your balance but if you keep up with it "I guarantee results"" just like Billy Blanks says. At first I was embarassed to do it even in front of my wife, but I got to looking pretty proffesional doing it and now I don't hesitate to do it in front of relatives, co-workers and even strangers. I absolutely LOVE this workout...I purchased this tape to replace the one I haven't been able to get back from my son!!! Needless to say, it's a great work out no matter what age you are and was the only thing that finally got me hooked on daily exercise. I have had a lot of changes in my life and I decided that this tape put me on the right track to a strong, healthy body ten years ago and I'm going to use it to do it again! Whether you only need to lose about 10 lbs. as I do, or 100, this is the way to go. You work at your level of fitness (Billy encourages you to just keep moving)....even if you can't do all of the moves yet...just keep moving...and trust me, it really does work...it will get your body into amazing shape if you stick with it. I absolutely love this video!! I bought this because my old one had broken and I was desperate to find another one! Thank goodness for Ebay! Not only did I get the version I wanted, but I got it at a wonderful price. This video is by far the only one that I feel benefits me-stick with it and you WILL see the results. I love the way it seems like Billy Blanks knows exactly when I am slacking because just when I am not holding my stomach in he'll say "Don't forget the stomach, always remember that stomach". He is so motivational and makes you want to continue to do the work-out and not just quit(and watch it from sitting on the couch)!! Would highly recommend this work-out to anyone who wants to get in shape and tone up!I absolutely love this video!!
