this client does not appreciate any help in tracking his order... he invents something that was not there and does not see what actually is... his order has been in his country for 2 weeks (going through customs clearance) and from the day the parcel was sent less than a month has passed... delivery is carried out to the other end of the globe - from Europe to Mexico.
