    After initially receiving 3 incorrect BFG white letter tires from the seller versus the 3 red-line tires ordered (as per the listing) the seller was contacted. The incorrect tires were shipped back with the shipping labels provided. A few days later the correct BFG red line tires were received.     a few days before taking a cross-country...

    a few days before taking a cross-country roadtrip, i noticed that the inner sidewall of my tires were falling apart. If not for the amazing shipping speed of utg, i would not have been able to go on the trip. Unfortunately one of the tires they sent had a slow leak. I was able to temporarily repair the leak well enough to take the trip but utg sent a replacement tire that was waiting for me when i returned. I have been extremely impressed every time i order from this company.

    WARNING - These are DANGEROUS tires - do not buy them. The have very bad sidewall repair and will not last. These are unsafe to drive and installer refused to install. On road or off road, these tires should not be installed and shame on a company for selling dangerous tires.

    Haven't had the chance to install the tires yet but if they are anything like the Michelin PS3+ tires I currently have or even better than I'll be happy. The condition of the tires exceeded my expectation. Shipping was fast. The two tires were secured with polyester cord straps so they got to me safely. I'm not sure if I purchased tires from here before or not but when I need to replace the other two tires I have I will make another purchase here.

    Quality repairs performed where other sh...

    Quality repairs performed where other shops states it’s unsafe in the shoulder to repair, they perform a quality of patch that will last the life of the tire and not compromise the integrity of the tire to pose higher risk of failure. I have yet to receive one that doesn’t meet this quality.
