    The picture was slightly misleading, but in the best way possible. Bought it begrudgingly thinking it was gonna be gross and worn, as it was the cheapest replacement joystick I could find.     Item arrived a day earlier than expected and it works perfectly! Exactly as described! This is the second item I order from them and I'll continue to order from A+ electronics. Don't buy 3rd party joysticks, these are genuine and work/feel so much better. Movement is smooth, the thumb pad isn't sharp like the 3rd party one I bought, and most importantly, it actually works! I should also note that it arrived with the little rubber thing over the contacts which is very important. Very happy!
