The DVDs were described as Like New. They were not, as several has visible scratches. The Seller approved my return request. A label was sent for DHL as the carrier, but with no pickup service. The closest drop-off point was 15 miles away. I asked Seller for alternate shipping. He offered no help. I usually have really good buying experiences on ebay. Not this time. Very disappointing.
