I had the item within 6 days after that (from India to Canada). So they made good on the shipment. There is one small blemish on the seat, but barely noticiable. Parts are also genuine Royal Enfield as stated in the listing. Best price on ebay for this when I ordered it

It was just bubble wrapped and in a generic box so was received with a few blemishes which will affect the appearance but not the function. It makes me think it might have been a returned item, but not for sure about that. Makes no sense for a new item to be reboxed. I hope it is OEM equipment.
