    So after so many years of resistance I finally gave in, that is I finally tried on of these SHUR-LINE Paint Edgers. As a professional designer that also works hands on at my project sites, I have been painting for many years. As a Perfectionist, a paint line is something that is important to get perfect the first time. After giving in and buying a SHUR-LINE Paint Edger, I must say, Wow this thing is great. There are also other tools that go with these edgers made by SHUR LINE , these items make it even better. I have also bought the Can Top Pump with Tray for the Edgers and that makes things easier. These are just great. Now are they perfect? No.. Nothing is. After working with the tool for a few minutes or so. You get the hang of using it and the in's and outs. I have ...

    Not happy.

    Very sloppy with the rotating handle. Ended up with a sloppy ceiling line. Wizz edger from Lowes worked much better. The one good feature is the load feature. That is the only positive.

    Time Saver

    I suggest anyone to first practice with the item before actually using it on whatever you're going to use it on. I used it on a 16' x 8' indoor wall for cutting in, around outlets and baseboards. Once you get the hang of it, it works great! I watched a video on "You Tube" before I bought Shur-Line Pro and that really helped too. For the price, you can't beat it.

    Great tool if your ceiling and walls or moulding are different colors.

    This little tool is absolutely THE BEST. Wish I could give it 10 stars! Love it! Paints very close to the edge. I have textured walls and it still works very well on them. My ceiling and walls are different colors, very hard not to stray with even a small, wet paintbrush. This solves that problem completely.
