  • Every recipe I tried was a success & incredibly tasty.

I usualy borrow cook books from library and try a few dishes and move on to the next cook book. But not this one. I ended up renewing the book 3 times! Indian food is very a mysterious cuisine for me and I had no clue how to prepare the dishes. This book is excellent not just because recipes are all good. (I must confess that I tried every dish in this book except desert. I am not a fan of sweets.) The way he itemized ingredience to be prepaired is very organised and easy to follow. I am not a native english speaker and I was a little intimidated because there were so many ingrediants invoved in these recipes yet after a few tries I realized how easy he made it for the reader. I was enjoying cooking from this book so much that I decided to purchase it. Every page is special.

  • Good little book

Good recipes to get your Indian on! Made Garam Masala mix from recipe and like it better than store bought.

  • Recipes too complex

I live in a small town and cannot get most of the ingredients. The recipes all look too time consuming to me.
