The contents were delivered in excellent condition. The seller did an excellent job. The seller quickly shipped the package, and I received the package three days ahead of schedule. The pictures advertised matched the package contents. Excellent Seller. I was kind of shock at the delivery cost, but I did realized that the Marineland 360 is quite heavy. So c'est la vie. The shipping companies are not cheap. So the 4/5 stars is against the shipping companies, not the seller.
