I personally was able to charge it, get setup with a new Visible Wireless account via eSim, and start making calls/texts within an hour. Battery was promised to be 80% life or better and this arrived at 84%. Phone even came with a screen protector on it already. Positive experience all around. Thank you!

The charger it comes with is not an iPhone charger and had a white cord and black box. Would have been nice to have an official iPhone charger or at least all one color. The description is vague about the condition. It would be helpful to use a rating system so we have better idea of the condition. This is just feedback. I am satisfied with the product. My only complaint would be how low the battery charge was when it was received.

I would use these guys again in fact I ordered another case from them for another one of my surface I have a surface 3 which is a 10 inch and I have a surface 7 which is a 12.3 . The item was defective, yet the seller offered no real solution. I tried to work it out, but this experience was disappointing. I’d recommend buying from another seller.
