Besides the fact that the Brondell Bidet was as easy to install as advertised, it worked great and my wife LOVES it! I gave it to her for our anniversary. I couldn’t find it cheaper anywhere. Believe I looked everywhere. The customer service both at Brondell and EBay were fantastic to work with. I mistakenly ordered a Bidet in the wrong color and it had shipped before I could change the order. Both businesses worked hand in hand to see to it my return and refund went smoothly. 5+ stars for sure!

Good price, but poor packaging. It was sent with only the factory packaging; no extra protection for shipping at all. The packaging had a huge tear on one side, almost from edge to edge, when it arrived. Our building reception desk alerted us to the tear and was worried the merchandise inside might have been damaged. Fortunately, there was a lot of free space between the packaging and the toaster such that the toaster was undamaged. We are happy with the toaster which is just beautiful.
