Well this thing is pretty cool. Our bathroom stays cold all winter and even keeping it on low it stays nice and warm to sit on. The seat is so nice when your run through a freezing bathroom in the middle of the night and flop down on a warm seat. Some say the light isn't bright but it's very bright. If the seat isn't installed with the light in the right place then it is alot dimmer, almost did that my self before I noticed it needed pulled up a half inch before tighten the bolts. A++++++++++

Besides the fact that the Brondell Bidet was as easy to install as advertised, it worked great and my wife LOVES it! I gave it to her for our anniversary. I couldn’t find it cheaper anywhere. Believe I looked everywhere. The customer service both at Brondell and EBay were fantastic to work with. I mistakenly ordered a Bidet in the wrong color and it had shipped before I could change the order. Both businesses worked hand in hand to see to it my return and refund went smoothly. 5+ stars for sure!
