Initially, they shipped me the wrong item, which caused some delay and inconvenience; but the seller was easy to work with, responsive, and provided excellent customer service when correcting the problem. Once the right product was received, the LEDs were packed well and worked as described. Tested each LED matrix module, and all lit up with nice, colorful, blinky lights. Perfect for project.
