Diamond slot takes off the most metal and works to sharpen rough quickly, the metal one works well with the diamond and smoots it out. Again taking off metal. The ceramic doesn't true the edge that well and seems to dull quickly. I got it for the scissors sharpener also and it takes a while to get a good edge with the ceramic. It was cheap, I will wear it out on my cheaper knives amd maybe get a whetstone

I requested a return and refund and the seller immediately acknowledged the request and sent the QR code for the return label. As soon as I mailed it back about 10 minutes later I got my refund. They made the process too easy! The seller/sellers seem like decent people so that's why I'm leaving positive feedback. Maybe we'll do business down the road
