Very poor customer service!! Had to get eBay involved multiple times. Would not respond to messages. Finally was able to return for a refund. If you're gonna sell on eBay platform, you should stand behind the products your are selling!!! Sweater was labeled wrong or shrunk in the dryer. Ridiculous shipping charges!!! Shipping from the same state in a bag, seller charged $11.60 for shipping. 🤦 Actual shipping was $6.82. Just a terrible experience all the way around.
