Item arrived as described and well packaged. My mistake was that I didn't look at the item photos closely - particularly the dimensions of the mounting holes - which don't match my chair. That was my fault, but word to the wise: look at dimensions closely. I didn't bother with return, as I found a mounting plate that will fit; the rest of the components are fine. I ordered 3 of the bases rated at 350lb, they all arrived same day, they arrived quickly thanks. The bottom of the chairs have a different foot print to mount the chair to the bottom to the metal mounting plate that came with the chair base. I am utilizing the old chair mount to work with the new chair base. Some modifications required to fit the old chair plate to the new one, requires some welding and cutting.
