Product seems to be well built and good quality. As many have mentioned, the instructions are fairly poor and you have to assemble the double A arm suspension based off of the photos. The instructions only show how to install once the item is put together.
CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 STARS: The item was shipped in 2 packages. Only one of the 2 packages made it thanks to the incompetency of UPS. The company responded quickly and replaced the missing leaf springs. How does UPS lose 2 leaf springs?
