Significantly larger I.D. compared to OEM, suggesting the motor may like the size increase in the upper RPM range but possibly suffer a loss in the low and mid-range. Without a dyno, I can't be sure but seat of the pants does not indicate that. Seat of the pants feels like a nice increase across the entire RPM range for the DRZ. Of course, this will only be the case when this header is combined with a less restrictive muffler. JMHO
