    Apple-esque

    I bought 3 of the Wiser Air thermostats, 2 white & 1 black. They fit nicely with my home decor. I really have no need for controlling my thermostats via an app on my iPhone, but hey, its modern & cool. My older Honeywell programmable thermostats were long in the tooth and a PITA to program. The Wiser Air were easy to setup directly from the touchscreen, with final adjustment via the app. The only confusing thing to me was the jumper pins, leave them on with gas heat and off if you have a heat pump. Thankfully I already had a blue neutral wire on my 3 systems so installation was a breeze. Initial software update took about 20 minutes before you can start programming them. I like how the outside temperature & humidity is displayed on the touch screen and the cool night light feature. I ...
