Case and grip seem very durable for as lightweight as it is, however the buttons for power and volume are a bit hard to press. I plan to add a tiny dot of hot glue to remedy this, or remove the buttons with a utility knife. I believe the button issue could possibly be why the open box. Overall I’m satisfied with the price as the case itself is practically brand new.

BUT, the price and product were good, and the S23 case fits, so all is ok. Your mileage WILL undoubtedly vary.
