    The book was well organized and handy for reference.

    I found this book to be well written but for me, the subject matter proved not compelling or inspirational. For someone who relates to the practices described, I believe it would be excellent.

    Tapping your way to health

    Simply stated, EFT does what it says. With your commitment, it is a health tool. It is not clear Why, and the book won’t prove it is, but devote the time, and you will achieve results. We accept other health benefits on the basis of their effectiveness.

    A good book to learn EFT

    Reading the book and doing EFT a few times for neck pain has actually relieved it. I was a little sceptical at first but then after doing it, EFT works for me!
