This cable is a great replacement for the positive cable on my 2000 F350 with the 7.3 powerstroke. I especially like the solid molded design. You will have to cut the skinny wire lead that runs from the relay on the fender down to the starter solonoid out of your factory harness and re-use it, but no big deal. Also had to drill the big wire grommet hole a little bigger so it would fit the starter solonoid, but also no big deal. Cable is plenty long and will route the same as the factory cable.
