    This is the last resort defense system, I chose for family. This will work, if necessary.

    This is a self defense course of last resort when it comes to do or die. My dad, a very kind and good man, taught us self defense when we were growing up, just in case. Never had to use any of them so far. So glad. But he is no longer with us and I wanted my daughter who now should know this stuff, to have a reference, also. This works. It is last resort stuff that might save your own life or the lives of many in the same place as you. What can you do if you are put into a terrible situation and there are others in danger as well? This is the one I chose.

    The videos are a little bit older but the information and training is still relevant. The defensive moves depicted are detailed with good explanation. Definitely worth the watch.
