Simple. Elegant.
I’ve been a photographer for thirty years, but never went to the Arca-Swiss mount until now. This unit was a very nice introduction for me. Since it is used, it may explain a slight glitch in the unit. This one’s clamp will get out of adjustment once every 5 or so uses. I can almost tell when it will slip before I lock down the clamp. If I don’t catch it, it will be difficult to disengage. I’m sure it’s because of poor handling by a previous user. I don’t expect the glitch from another other unit. Definitely a piece of kit worth owning. If you’re starting out and plan to go pro, I recommend getting A-S right from the start. It’s ubiquitous.
